We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Columbia View.

Pet Policy

• No more than two pets per apartment (breed restrictions apply)
• Additional pet security deposit of $500 for the first pet and $300 for the second pet will be due at move-in
• $250 per dog (non-refundable)
• $150 per cat (non-refundable)
• $35/month pet rent
